Finland is – as we call it – a Paradise for Coeliacs! You can find gluten-free pizza and pasta in restaurants. Gluten-free hamburgers are served at McDonald’s and other fast-food restaurants. Eating out is very easy, because most restaurants mark their menus with G signs, which means that the portion is, or can be, prepared gluten-free. You can also buy gluten-free products from every supermarket, and nowadays many supermarkets sell freshly baked gluten-free bread and pastries, too!
