Berry pie


Grease pie pan. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add egg, melted margarine and yogurt and mix. Push the dough on the bottom of pie pan. Spread berries onto the dough. When using frozen berries, sprinkle potato starch flour through strainer onto the berries. Mix yogurt, egg, vanilla sugar and sugar together. Pour mix onto the berries. Bake in 200 Celsius degree oven for 30 minutes.


1 dl sugar
2½ dl gluten-free flour mix (Schär & Semper)
¾ dl oat flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 dl (100 g) melted margarine
1 dl vanilla yogurt

3 dl berries
2 dl vanilla yoghurt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
¾ dl sugar
