Oat-apple buns


Grind oat flakes. Crumble yeast into 37 Celsius degree milk and stir. Add grinded oat flakes, egg, sugar, cardamom and salt and mix. Add fat and flours little by little. Blend with mixer.
Dose and form the dough into round balls with floured hands onto the parchment paper.

Press rolls in the middle flat. Proof at the warm place 30 minutes. Brush edges with egg. Fill with apple marmelade and apple cubes and sprinkle streusel on the top. Bake in 225 Celsius degree oven for 8-10 minutes.


3 dl milk
30 g fresh yeast
2 dl oat flakes
1 egg
1 1/2 dl sugar
2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon salt
¾ dl melted margarine
4 dl gluten-free flour mix

200 g apple marmelade +
2 apples in small cubes

On the top:
½ dl melted margarine
2 tablespoon soft brown sugar
1 1/2 dl oat flakes
1 tea spoon cinnamon
