Oat bread rolls (18 pieces)


Crumble yeast into 37 Celsius degree water and stir. Peel and grate carrots. Add salt, oat flakes, gluten-free flour mix, grated carrots and rape oil to the yeast mixture. Beat with mixer. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper and leaven. Brush with milk and sprinkle with oat flakes. Bake in a 200 Celsius degree oven for 20 minutes.


5 dl water
50 grams yeast
1-2 tsp salt
2 dl oat flakes
2 carrots
7 dl gluten-free flour mix (Schär)
1/2 dl rape oil
