Tin-baked loaf of bread


Mix psyllium feed husks, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds with warm (37 degrees Celsius) water. Let swell 10 minutes. Add salt and oat flakes. Combine dry yeast and flours together. Add flour mix to the dough and mix.

Grease loaf tin. Fill loaf tin with dough. Proof dough at the warm place 20 minutes. Bake in 180 Celsius degree oven ca. 1 hour. Let the bread chill in tin before unmould.


6 dl water
1 tablespoon psyllium feed husk
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1½ teaspoons salt
2 dl oat flakes
1 envelope (=11g) of dry yeast
6,5 dl gluten-free flour mix (Semper)
